Cesear is a 14-year-old Yorkie mix weighing approximately 7 pounds.  He is a sweet boy who is mellow, affectionate and happy.  He has not been neutered and at his age, it will be very dangerous so he will be adopted intact.  He gets along well with his roommates (he was surrendered with 2 other senior Yorkies). He loves to be held and cuddled.  We are looking for a foster for him so please open your hearts and homes for him.
