Happy is an 8-year-old Shih Tzu weighing approximately 13 pounds. He loves to play, but he does play rough, so no young children. He is spoiled, and if he doesn’t get his way, he will bite. He does not like men. He does like women but is unpredictable and will bite.
We only foster/adopt within the state of Florida.
