Crescent
Crescent is a 2-year-old female Jack Russell weighing approximately 12 pounds. This little girl is so timid until she trusts you (we can only imagine what her previous life was like). She will shake and shudder and try to hide. But once you hold her she will calm down and stop shaking. We rescued her from a high-kill shelter because they felt she was unadoptable. That is so untrue, she just needs someone to take the time to get her to trust. She gets along with the other dogs, but she is food aggressive (she was very thin when we first got her), so she does need to be fed separately. She has not been cat or kid tested. She does require a fenced-in yard. She appears to be house trained, but we never guarantee that. Her adoption donation is $300, which includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchip. She is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. We know she will blossom into a lovable, happy girl if you will just give her a chance. We can already see a big difference in a short time, so please give her a chance.
