Meet Alex, a happy and affectionate four-year-old Shorkie (Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix) who is ready to bring joy, love, and companionship into his forever home! This adorable boy is housebroken and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and children, making him a great fit for many types of families. Alex loves to play, especially with his favorite toys—balls—and he truly thrives in the company of his people. He has received obedience training in the past and impressively understands commands in both English and Spanish, showing just how smart and adaptable he is.
Alex’s adoption donation is $500, which covers his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip, and he is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention to ensure he stays healthy and happy. He is currently in a foster home, so an approved application is required prior to a meet and greet.
