Meet Emma, a gentle 15-year-old Chihuahua weighing just 9 pounds who is looking for a loving and peaceful Forever Home. Emma came to us after the heartbreaking loss of her owner, and she is now ready to find a new family to shower with her sweet and affectionate nature. This lovely senior girl is housetrained and gets along well with other dogs, but does not like cats. She has not been tested with children. Emma truly enjoys human attention and will happily soak up all the love you have to give. She also has a soft spot for stuffed toys, which add a little extra joy to her day.
Emma’s adoption donation is $250, which includes her vaccinations and microchip—she is already spayed—and she is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention to keep her healthy and happy. Emma does have a heart condition, which will be evaluated by a veterinarian prior to adoption to ensure she receives the care she needs.
