Cocoa Puff is a 13-year-old Lhasa Apso weighing approximately 29 pounds. She came to us when her owner went into assisted living. You can just see the sadness in her eyes; it’ll break your heart. She is mellow, lovable, friendly, and quiet. She will only bark when she has to go potty. Her adoption donation is $150, which includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchip.
