Pee Wee

Pee Wee

Pee Wee is a tiny 4-year-old Chihuahua weighing just 5 pounds. This adorable boy has bi-lateral luxating patellas which the vet recommends not to repair due to his small size. They feel he was born that way or was the result of any injury. When we first rescued him, he was skin and bones, scared and full of deer ticks. It appeared that he was a stray for a long period of time. He was adopted and returned because the adopter said she could not house train him. We haven’t seen any evidence of that. He does walk well on a leash and also using a pee pad indoors. He is very shy when he first meets new people but warms up quickly. He gets along well with the other dogs but due to his small size, we suggest a home without children and/or big dogs. He has not been cat tested. His adoption donation is $350 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. His picture doesn’t do him justice, you really have to meet him to see how adorable he is.
