Riley

Riley

Riley is a 1 1/2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix weighing approximately 19 pounds. She is such a love muffin but you have to give her time to trust. When she first meets you, you can see the fear in her eyes (we can only imagine what the poor girl went through in the past), but when she feels comfortable, she will give you kisses and cuddles. Her tail wags a mile a minute too! She can only have non-destructible toys because she swallows them. She had to have emergency surgery when we first got her and they found part of a ball in her intestines. During the surgery, they found a lymph gland enlarged. We did a biopsy and there are 60% cancer cells. The vet suggests no surgery as it may not grow but just to keep an eye on her. She is a playful, bouncy girl so it definitely isn’t affecting her. Her adoption donation is $250 which includes her spay, vaccinations, microchip. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. Please give her a chance to get to know you and she will be a lovable, loyal companion.
